Newsletter #1:

Hello and happy Monday!

I hope this newsletter finds you well-rested and ready to tackle the week ahead. As we dive into another busy week, I want to remind you that you are capable of overcoming any challenges and achieving your goals. I believe in you, and I’m rooting for your success!

This week’s focus is on getting started with the 75 Hard Program by Andy Frisella!
Today, I want to talk about a program that has helped me tremendously in my fitness journey: 75 Hard. Developed by entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast Andy Frisella, 75 Hard is a mental toughness program designed to help individuals build resilience, discipline, and confidence through a series of challenges.

The program involves following a strict daily routine for 75 consecutive days, which includes:

  • Following a diet with no cheat meals or alcohol
  • Drinking a gallon of water daily
  • Exercising twice a day for at least 45 minutes each time, with one workout being outdoors
  • Reading at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily
  • Taking a progress photo every day

At first, I was hesitant to try the program, as it seemed daunting and overwhelming. However, after completing it, I can confidently say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey.

Not only did it help me develop mental toughness and discipline, but it also helped me establish healthy habits and routines that have stuck with me even after completing the program.

Of course, the program is not for everyone, and it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program. But if you’re looking for a challenge and want to take your fitness journey to the next level, I highly recommend giving 75 Hard a try.

If you’re interested in learning more about 75 Hard and potentially starting the program yourself, I highly recommend checking out the 75 Hard app, which is available for both Android and iOS devices. The app not only guides you through the program but also provides accountability and motivation through its community features.

Try the 75 Hard Challenge!

You can do it along with me. I am on day 1 as of today. I’ll be adding my thoughts, feelings, struggles and wins as I grind through this 75 day challenge. On the other side is a renewed since of discipline and the energy and determination you need to see any challenge to completion.

Preparation and mindset are key!

Mentally, you need to be prepared to be very strict on yourself. A big part of this challenge is pushing your self discipline to its limits.

You can do it!

Just do what you say you are going to do, keep your promises to yourself!!
