Sam Asghari Seeks ‘Proper Compensation’ Amid Britney Spears Divorce Drama

Five months after the model filed divorce paperwork against Britney Spears, a January report claimed Sam was seeking compensation for what happened during their marriage.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari‘s split may have shocked the world in August 2023. However, the separation drama is ongoing. Multiple sources told US Weekly that Sam is seeking further monetary compensation for the events that transpired during the couple’s marriage. “Sam is going for everything under the sun,” one of the insiders alleged.

Divorce stuck in limbo

Another source alleged that Sam witnessed “erratic behaviour and mood swings” of Britney Spears amid the relationship. Sam feels that he should be compensated properly for everything he went through with his ex-wife, Britney. Sam has kept the amount he wants confidential. But he is certainly not happy with what Britney and her team have proposed. This divorce settlement is currently “stuck in limbo.”

A prenup agreement

Sam signed a prenup agreement when he married Britney in 2022. However, he is reportedly fighting back on the terms. This has caused a lot of wrangling back and forth. Things have become a lot more complicated than both of them had hoped. However, Britney is set on sticking to the original prenup paperwork. She is surely in no mood to be pushed around or rushed into signing over another huge check to Sam. She wants to stick to the letter of the paperwork and feels that’s all he’s entitled to.

Britney is Fed up

Although Sam Asghari is reportedly not “hurting” financially, he’s willing to dig in and fight for the extra money he feels he deserves. The “Toxic” songstress is reportedly fed up with her ex constantly name-dropping her. She feels Sam is playing the ‘Mr. Britney Spears’ card for everything it’s worth, and Britney finds it kind of pathetic.
