We are hiring for International UK Process for an Insurance Company – Swap Groups based out of UK.
Criteria
Excellent English speaking and communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Target driven, hard working
Punctual and reliable
Computer proficiency Word, Excel and Outlook
Eagerness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidate should be having excellent communication skills.
Good at customer handling skills.
1.Handling outbound US Voice process
2.Handling US customer queries and service through call.
3. Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through call, chats.
