. Answer incoming calls and handle client queries.
2. Make calls to perspective clients and make them aware about our services and products.
3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve optimum satisfaction.
4. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
6. Arrange meetings/sessions/seminar for the Business Development team.
7. Answer emails.
8. Ability to maintain accurate data and reports.
