Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. . Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

Needs to have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, word and Access.

Should have exceptional communication skills, since he has to meet the management and other departments quite often.

Be computer savvy and have knowledge of the Tally software
good inter-personal skills and personality.

Needs to know Basic Excel , V-LOOK UP, H-LOOK UP and Pivot table .

Needs to know General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Journal Entry, MS-Office, and Knowledge about complete General Accounting.

Handle full set of accounts.
Perform month end closing and reporting
Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting
