We are looking for Bar Manager who will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency
experience in Hotels / Restaurants / Night Clubs. Should be highly energetic and knowledgeable about his subject. Should be able to manage a team of bartenders.Assure smooth functioning of all the Bar
Prepare alcohol and Non alcohol beverages.
Knowledge in mixing , garnishing and serving drinks.
To ensure Guest satisfaction.
Responsible to provide hospitality.
To keep the bar organized and stocked.
Assure bar inventory , including opening and closing inventories, accurate bar summaries and cash deposits are prepared.
Assure the maintenance of bar control policies.
Assure the ordering and purchasing of beer, wine, liquor, premix canisters and
canned soft for Food& Beverage and vending
Ensuring that services meet customer specifications.
