Coffee Maker Full Time
1. Minimum 6 months to one year of experience as a barista in coffee chains like Starbucks, Cafe coffee day, Di bella etc. would be great. We will provide quality coffee training to the candidate on a high- end coffee machine in our cafe.
2. Good communication skills, able to speak good English and Hindi to be able to talk to the customers and delivery personnel from Swiggy, Zomato etc.
3. A candidate must have inventory management skills. He She should be sincere, a team player and teachable i.e. cooperates with teammate, be helpful and considerate to enable smooth functioning of the cafe.
4. Ideally someone who wants to build a career in the coffee industry as we are a growing company and we believe in giving opportunities to employees.
5. Barista i.e. someone who understands basics of coffee and can prepare cappuccino, latte, Americano etc.
