Job Description:-

1.Sales
a. Achieving sales target,
b. Secondary sales target achievement

2. Doctor calling
a. Presenting products to the doctors
b. Should have good contacts with doctors.
c. Maintaining data of doctors.

3. Dealers appointment
a. Maintaining data of dealers
b. Knowledge and relations with the dealers
c. Capable to expand dealer network

4. Marketing
Implementing marketing policies.

5. Market survey
a. Should be able to organize a survey.
b. Analyze the survey.
c. Make an action plan out of the survey to increase the sale, strategically conquer the market.

6. Customer complaints handling
a. Should have had a one on one experience of solving customer problems
b. Should be quick and responsive is solving customer problems.

7. Right utilization of each promotional tool and measuring its effectiveness in the territory.
