Warehouse Manager | Disruptive Fashion Commerce company Full Time

AsWarehouse Manager, you will be ensuring proper upkeeping of the warehouse to highest quality standards Accurately and efficiently control of process parameters – Inward, Picking, Packing, Billing and monitoring them regularly. Mentoring, coaching and motivating the employees to meet their KRA’s. You will be coordinating with 3PL services & should be able to work with their portal for information exchange. Responsible for Dispatching Activities

What you will do:

Managing day-to-day warehouse activities.
Maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, moving, checking and storing of incoming/outgoing material (in-warding process & dispatch process)
Arranging for items (products) to be placed in the designated areas.
Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they
are of accurate quantity type and acceptable quality. Packaging and labelling products before they are dispatched. Helping to ship out daily dispatches i.e., ensuring that the respective order is executed
Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
Supervising the work of junior staff.
Ensuring smooth daily work of warehouse operations, controlling, managing and monitoring inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, ensure all deliveries are dispatched on time, coordinate with the Logistics Manager and management
for any requirements.
Ensuring completion of warehouse activities within TAT
and meeting the defined SLA’s.
Defining the KRA’s of the team members and monitoring them regularly.

Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:

At least a Bachelor degree
Should have a sense of ownership & entrepreneurial mindset to grow together with the startup
Excellent command over MS Excel & should know the excel-operations in detail
Managing mid to large size warehouse with an executive team strength of 20+
Self-driven with leadership qualities.
Ability to handle real time challenges
