As theAVP – Digital Marketing, you shall lead the Digital Media planning for brand building and customer acquisition, while acting as community manager on social media accounts.

What will you do:
Planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks, including SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Leading the App store Optimization and other paid campaigns for Customer acquisition such as UAC s
Overseeing and managing all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
Creating landing pages and other conversion opportunities.
Overseeing paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on.
Acting as the owner of website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
Planning and running conversion testing and other experiments, and optimizing user funnels
Measuring and reporting performance (ROI and KPIs; such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution)
Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
Being responsible for content creation
Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Developing and executing an ongoing content promotion strategy.
Identifying trends and insights
Evaluating emerging technologies
Required Candidate profile
What you need to have:
Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in Digital marketing, and social media management preferably in a high growth environment in a healthtech or consumer internet firms
Should have experience in leading digital media planning for brand building and customer acquisition
Previous experience of acquiring customers through various paid campaigns such UAC s and app store optimization
Should have experience in managing social media campaigns both strategy and acquisition
Experience of building positioning for the brand through use of Bloggers and Influencers
Experience in SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/ or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/ B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns
Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
