Qualification & Skills
MBA/PGDBM from Tier I or Tier II Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I or Tier II college (IITs, BITS, NITs)
Minimum 1 year work experience. Managing large teams with operational complexity is a good to have.
Experience with sales/operations function at an FMCG company
