Job Description: –
Responsible for handling of incoming and outgoing calls including Recruitment Line-ups. Making
sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses.
Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with Housekeeping staff.
Responsible for maintaining inward-outward Slips, reports of visitors and incoming-outgoing
calls
Preparation and updation of Candidate database
Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office
Ensure receipt of Newspaper for MD along with entire courier management
Managing the Office Stationery and preparing report
Supervision of Housekeeping staff and maintaining the stationery consumption records
Qualification: – Any Graduate.
Experience 1 to 3 Years.

Should excellent communication skills.
Should have pleasant personality.
Should have experience in Reception activity.
