We’re Hiring for Field Transformation Leader
Roles & Responsibilities :
Role Summary:
This role has been established to lead Agency Transformation programme(s) in specific cities/branches, to embed practices and achieve specific programme goals. The Agency Transformation Leader will run reviews of programme success with branch staff and Field Transformation Managers, coach and mentor Field Transformation Managers and Trainers and identify recurring, structural issues that require a change in the core design of the programme.

D Key Result Areas
1. Track and review programme progress and performance across allocated cities/branches
o Run the regular reviews with the field transformation executives to assess performance and health indicators (such as recruitment, sales performance, operational metrics, adherence to training schedule)
o Run the regular review with the BAMs, Leaders and their teams on programme performance and health indicators, and for sharing experience and best practices
o Collate validation exceptions requiring approval from CAO and Head, Agency Transformation
2. Coach and mentor field teams
o Clarify queries being raised in the field during the implementation
o Coach and mentor field transformation executives and trainers on driving behaviors among the respective Cluster Heads, BAMs, Leaders and Agents
o Visit the field locations to interact with key Cluster Heads, BAMs, Leaders and Agents to encourage good performers and coach low performers
o Reinforce change story elements through frequent communication with field
3. Rapidly identify key issues that are limiting performance, through field visits, conversations with field transformation executives and trainers, feedback from BAMs/Leaders/Agents
4. Design and drive local interventions to accelerate impact (Recruitment, Sales lead generation, Change management Capability development)
5. Identify recurring, structural issues that require a change in the core design change of the model and propose changes to Head, Agency Transformation
