Job Details & Responsibility
01)- Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, short listing candidates and scheduling interviews.
02)- Understanding the nature and importance of the requirement given by the client via telephonic discussions
03)- knowledge of Sourcing resumes through various channels such as Job Portals ,References, Database, etc. as per the client requirements
04)- Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated time frame.
05)- Talking to candidates & taking telephonic rounds of interview
06) Scheduling the interview of short listed candidates with the client.
07)- Follow up on interview status and apprising the candidates on the same.
08) Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining, salary negotiation, reference check, and work renewals & Retention.
09) . Candidates should have Good Communication
10)- Fresher and Experience can also applied and Candidates must have exp in Recruiting .
