Building a team of PFAs / Agents
Identifying prospective PFAs / Agents as per the guidelines of the organization.
Activation of successfully appointed new PFAs / Agents and ensuring their motivation to sell.
Achieving the number of active PFAs / Agents in his / her team as per the organization’s targets.
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals.
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs / Agents.
Identify training needs across the team.
Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
Criteria :
Age : 21 35 Years
Education : Graduation
Experience : 2 – 3 years in Insurance sales
Bike Compulsory
Good Communication Skills
