To provide technical support for customer projects.
To work on technical specifications and application.
To provide close support to Sales/Marketing in the form of technical assistance, engineering proposals, customer, training, site, service, technicaladvice, demonstrations, presentations and engineering design.
To interface with technical team to ensure satisfactory fulfillment of all commitments to customer.
Maintain effective communication channel with customers.
Work closely with Engineering Team to manage project timelines and ensure ‘on-time’ completion of projects.
Capabilities:
BE/ME/MSc (Engineering related background in similar industry).
3 years experience in field applications, technical customer support and networking support (e. g. Video Surveillance, BAS etc).
Must have exposure to wireless technologies.
Must have 2 yrs of experience in Pre-sales activities.
Willingness to become an expert in Wireless LAN technologies and Mesh Network.
Knowledge about embedded technology a plus.
Will be required to travel (25% of time) in India and Abroad.
Must have capabilities to explore new technology / application area.
Must have good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
Must be proactive and should possess high sense of responsibility
