Job Description

Activities to be handled:

Initiating employee engagement activities
Handling employee grievance
Exposure of middle to senior level recruitments.
– Should have handled clients independently.
-Hands on with head hunting and other means of profile sourcing.
– Responsible for talent acquisition, Sourcing till exit.
– HR initiatives like employee engagement, employee retention etc.

Core Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good Interpersonal skills
Good analytical and reasoning abilities
Good Client handling skills
MBA/PGDM from an institute of repute
Candidates with lesser notice period will be preffered
