> Job Summary:
Opportunity to be associated with a leading private sector Insurance company as a Business Development Manager / RM Agency & Bank channel to develop a distribution setup.
Responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Leader and agents. Build a strong distribution network through existing & new team members.
Responsible for recruiting a team of Leaders.
> Key Responsibility:
Achieve recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.
Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful leaders.
Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and Agency Associates through the individual session.
Create mutual support platform for Financial Consultants.
Enhance Number of cases by the unit.
Focus on potential areas of improvement.
Focus on winners.
Focus on the development of the team
Ensure Team members of the unit complies with various IRDA guidelines.
Timely contract of the team within regulatory guidelines
Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting agency channel.
Track competition regularly at the regional level on the various measure such as new strategies, new compensation models etc. with particular reference to the one developed by the competitors.
Execute plans for growth of the agency
Identify, interview and select new leaders from the market and networking
Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for the team members.
Conduct weekly performance review and planning for the team
Ensure retention of the team by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Handhold, develop and supervise Financial Executives, Agency and plan and follow growth leadership strategies.

> Minimum Education:
Minimum Graduation in any discipline, MBA will be an added advantage.
> Minimum and specific experience:
The overall experience of minimum 2 years
Preference will be given to candidates having man management experience
Should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
> CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA (negotiable) depending on the exact position for which eligible to be referred for
