Role
Conceive, and implements concepts in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
Lead a team of designers and work on designs to produce campaigns that are engaging and visually enticing.
Determine content production schedule by collaborating with other teams to outline concepts and coordinate creative activities to arrive at the final output.
Produce sketches or storyboards , deciding the color palette or roughs to communicate ideas to the requisitioning team
Maintain highest standards in design and consistently produce creative content for web, print and digital.
Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions. Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
Establish budgets and timelines and ensure delivery of finished creatives within those parameters.
Experience/Knowledge/ Skills
Minimum graduation (in any stream) form a recognized University is a must with a minimum of 4-5 years experience working as a Senior Visualizer or Art Director in a reputed advertising agency, communication design house and/or digital agency.
A degree or diploma in communication design, graphic design or any other form of visual art from a recognized institute is desirable
Will have hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
Knowledge in color management, typography and print techniques
Proficient use of software like IPhotoshop, Illustrator , InDesign, Coreldraw
