US IT Recruiter for Begumpet Hyderabad Full Time

Hii, Greetings for the day !!!

I am hiring for US IT Recruiters with 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment .

Work Place: Begumpet,Hyderabad

Timings:7pm to 4am Night shift-weekly 5 days working.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Tech fetch), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in Technical Recruiting (US Staffing).
Experiences working with Implementation Partners/ State clients
Should have hands on experience working on W2 and C2C.
Ability to source candidates through Portals, social networking sites, referrals, etc.
Possess excellent Screening Skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
