the corporate strategy
2. To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
3. To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales
strategy
4. To train LMs with the help of L&D team
5. To ensure that there are no unethical business practices by his / her Life
Mitras
6. To ensure that there is no anti selection against the Company and that
the Company is not put to any financial loss due to poor quality of
selection of lives either directly or through his/her team of Life Mitras
7. To ensure high standard of quality of sales, very good quality of lives to
be insured and very good quality of Life Mitras
8. Adherence to Sales Quality policy of the company. The Development
Manager (DM) Group employee is responsible for the Quality of business
sourced by his team as defined in the Sales Quality Policy, as amended
from time to time.
9. To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as
well as external regulations
10. To alert the Company against any adverse selection of lives
