Engineering Manager – Full Stack Full Time

Computer science degree or equivalent experience
Minimum10 years experienceBuildingWeb-apps
Minimum4years experience into Leading and Managing technical team
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Strong experience in C#, SQL and Webservices
Strong experience in react.js/vue.js/angular.js (First preference is React)
Good to have experience in WCF, Microservices
Working experience on Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Ability to write great documentation

Job Duties

Supervise and lead engineers; develop engineering action plans to guide timelydevelopment of projects
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in overallProject by prioritizing, planning and trackingdevelopmentprogress
Provide Trainingsand ensure their Technical Competency with respect to the Project needs
Implement and follow agile/scrum processes
Design and code new features and functionalities
Performcode reviewsand ensurecoding standards and practices
Work with Customers, QA and other stakeholders to understand requirements and comeup with best technical solution
Spearhead various Research and Developmentinitiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
