Job Profile: Chat Support Executives-Customer Care profile
Location: Noida sector 58, Near labour chowk
Salary: 15000 Rs in-hand

AFTER SELECTION, 15 DAYS TRAINING FROM OFFICE

WORK FROM HOME (ONLY FOR 2 MONTHS), AFTER 2 MONTHS WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY
AFTER SELECTION THE CANDIDATE HAS TO COME TO THE COMPANY FOR 15 DAYS TRAINING

Job Description:

It is a blended profile, 70%chat+30% Calls
The candidate will be responsible to co-ordinate with the customers over the chat line
Provide customer support to the clients
Shift Timing -offs- Cabs

Rotational Shift 24*7 -The candidates can be asked to work in any shift
fixed day shift for the female candidate
If boys are asked to work in night shift then the company will give night shift allowance
NO CABS-no cabs are provided for any shift. The candidates have to travel on their own
Shift hours are 10.30 Hours. 9.30 hours login and a 1-hour break
5 days work in a week, 2 rotational offs per week
Education Qualification

Any candidate-fresher/experienced/graduate/undergraduate, all are eligible

Eligibility

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Candidate must be able to commute on his/her own/No cabs
Own a laptop or desktop at home(not mandatory)

The interview will be at the company location in sector 58 Noida.

2 rounds of the interview will be telephonic if cleared then the candidate has to visit the company for typing and versant test

Candidate must be available for face to face interview.
