Cabin Crew :

Responsibilities

Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.
informing passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away.
checking all seat belts and gallery are secure prior to take-off.
making announcement on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight ;
serving meals and refreshments;
selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination;
Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.
Giving first and where necessary.
Eligibility Criteria

Indian national between 19 to 35 years
minimum qualification: HSC
Fluent in English and Hindi
At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height
Well groomed with a clear complexion
mature and positive with strong interpersonal and communications skills
No visible scars/ marks on face and hand
No tattoo
Ground staff

Responsibilities

Checking passengers in for flights
Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
Assisting passengers with all enquiries, including lost or delayed baggage
Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport
Indian national between 19 to 28 years
Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: HSC
fluent in English and Hindi
At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height
Well groomed with a clear complexion
minimum age requirement from 18 or 0 years
Air Ticketing Executive

Responsibilities include a full range of customer service functions. They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and/or changes reservations, seat assignment, answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payment.

Minimum Qualification: HSC
Fluent in English and Hindi
At least 155 cm tall with weight in proportion to height
Well-groomed with a clear complexion
Minimum age requirement varies from 18 to 30 years
