Job Description:
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; preparing agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Communicates with the general staff on the CEOs behalf and coordinate with each department.
Communicates directly and on behalf of the CEO with Board members, donors, foundation staff, and others on matters related to programmatic initiatives as directed.
Conducts research and prepare various documents instructed by the CEO.
Drafts reports, letters and proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication as informed by CEO.
Administratively supports HR Department (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks) on behalf of CEO.
Performs other duties as assigned.
2 to 5 years of experience in assisting top management. Arranging meetings. Co-ordination with all the department for smooth operations.
