Job Description
Responsible to Sales Personal Loan through DSA
Should be playing a team handling role currently, handling at least 10 to 12 SMs
Recruit, Induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.
Should know and have worked with the DSAs
Should have on-boarded DSAs
Would prefer the candidate who has only done Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property
Experience in Bank/NBFC
Should have good team handling experience
Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region-specific innovative strategies to meet business targets
Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
Managing and supporting the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities.
Identifying the need for sales training, analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc.
Ensure the implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
Recruiting and Retaining high performers.
Ensuring the highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction
