Candidate will be responsible to manage Field Sales Executive.

Job Description

Handling stores in open Market in location
Handling team of 6 Sales Associate.
Ensure month on month target vs. achievement.
Setting goals, making action plans and working towards the implementation of the same.
Getting new dealers Empanelled to expand dealer base and manage dealer relationship.
Doing Several Activities for Product Awareness
Attending Daily Morning Meeting at the meeting point and giving them training and making them aware of New EMI Schemes, Product & Process.
Daily visits at Dealer point solving queries like- Payment disbursement, etc.
Doing Cross of other products like Mobile Insurance.
RecruitSalesAssociate and giving them training about product and company policy
Helping to resolve the issues like Manpower, Cashback and Payout of Merchants
