Capability to create original creative website design layouts based on client requirements

Capability to create custom logos and web graphics as per client / project requirements

Flash banner animations

jQuery implementation for website animations

Capability to work individually as well as in a team

Knowledge of open source application skinning and themes viz. WordPress, osCommerce, Joomla etc. will be an additional plus
