Field Desktop Engineer Full Time
We are hiring Laptop / Desktop Engineers for one of our client. This will involve field work.
Work Location: Bangalore, Bhuvaneshwar, Mumbai
Experience: 6 months to 4 Yrs
Qualification: Any graduation or UG
Skills:
Dissembled and reassembled components and replaced defective parts.
Diagnosed and troubleshoot components of the laptop and replaced the defective parts
Returned defective parts to the vendor for replacement or repair.
Assist in troubleshooting laptops and replacing known defective parts.
Diagnose and repair laptop computers from multiple manufacturers.
Provided a friendly customer oriented environment o Assisted customers with troubleshooting problems with computer software and hardware
Replaced and/or repaired faulty components found through diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer hardware failures.
Evaluated software and hardware related issues, and conducted configuration and troubleshooting functions.
Repair Desktop/Laptop Software such as virus removal and system optimization.
Repaired/refurbished laptop and desktop computers as well as music electronics sorting
Perform Repairs and Software installation to Laptop/Desktop units.
Provided Desktop/Laptop repair services and Home networking services.
