Designation : Recruitment Consultant onsite.

Location : Navi Mumbai.

Experience : 3 to 8 yrs (IT recruitment experience will be preferred)

Salary hike on the Last drawn salary.

Roles and responsibility

Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.
Managing stakeholders (Client/Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management etc.)
Working closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirements.
Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
Must be able to work in competitive and target based scenarios.
Excellent Communication skills.
