The position will be responsible for timely and adequate financial reporting, Balance Sheet finalization,
Forex management, Financial operations (AR&AP management), manage statutory reporting, audits and compliances.

Saturday and Sunday will be OFF

Salary is upto 55k per month
Rest depends on Intervie

. Financial Reporting

Timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and Monthly Reporting.

Ensuring accounting systems incorporate proper accounting principles, standards and classifications to assure prompt, accurate, complete and consistent recording and reporting of data as required for information, control and decision -making purposes.

Compliance with local and headquarters’ reporting and statutory requirements and adhering to time schedules.

Getting the accounts audited and cleared with statutory auditors to the required time schedule: discussing with them any proposed changes to financial systems / procedures required and the effect of any current accounting and taxation pronouncements.

Present audited financial statements to the management

B. Financial Policies, systems and procedures

Implement and strengthen internal financial control framework.

To ensure efficiency, accuracy and internal control framework.

Coordinate internal audits, discuss and assess potential internal control weaknesses and ensure implementation of identified recommendations.

Ensure compliances to the local governing laws.

Ensure timely and accurate payments of taxes including TDS, GST etc.

Work on implementation of GST etc
