Providing complete, accurate information to candidates or vendors about our Preparing candidates for interviewing with the Panel by providing detailed information.
Coordinating with Vendors and Panels for Interview scheduling as well as selections as well as maintaining.
Maintaining daily reports i.e. Interview status, selections, feedback.
Providing timely feedback to the Panels on their requirements and to the candidates on their interview.
Analyze the quality people and contact them through phone, Email.
Assist the accounts department for making the salaries of employees.
Make the coordination with various departments.
Present the suggestions for the seniors of employees and implement their order Arranging for technical panels and coordinating at all levels of Interviews.
Conducting HR interviews to check the candidates suitability for the requirement.
