Auditing rooms, kitchen, reception and identifying process gaps
Checks for Inventory and maintains proper Par stock
Prepares the Roster for the Team & ensuring it is adhered to
Should be hands on & willing to roll up the sleeves to lead by example in any vertical of hotel
