Purpose of the Job:
To engage with the customers, understanding the needs of the customer, explaining the offerings of the store and assisting them in choosing jewellery according to their requirement. Also, managing multiple sales counters of diverse product category and take customized jewellery orders.
Principal Accountabilities:
The Jewellery Retail Sales Associate or Customer Care executive is the person in-charge of a sales counter in the retail stores.
The individual in the jewellery retailing store engages with the customers, understands the buying requirement of the customers, explains the offerings of the store, assists them in choosing jewellery and completes the sales transaction. The individual manages multiple sales counters of diverse product category and also take customized jewellery orders from the customers.

Education Qualification:
Minimum 12th Standard Passed & Maximum Graduation
