The primary role of GM Sales is to manage the entire dealership Sales& achieve the overall the overall dealership objectives of Customer Satisfaction & Business Results.
Duties & Responsibilities
Able to make dealership business plan and departmental objectives.
Ensure all dealership targets are achieved as per plan.
Should be able to look at operations from macro perspective.
Able to guide his managers and provide them proper directions.
Ensure all customers who come in contact with any dealership staff have a pleasant experience.
Able to review various MIS reports & JD Power reports and takes necessary corrective actions
Improve CSI/SSi ,RDI or any other customer satisfaction scores.
Meet customers and employees regularly to understand ground realities.
Able to create a customer friendly culture in organization
Have good contacts in industry & business cycle.
