Job Description
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure (platform, middleware, network and applications).
Knowledge of the ITIL framework, IT Security framework.
Excellent skills in SQL, Unix/Linux Scripting, Technical Troubleshooting, debugging , Writing technical documentation (RunBooks)
e) 2 positions Support profiles. We need someone who is able to undertake – application and infrastructure support & troubleshooting.
This includes understanding the underlying infrastructure for both Windows, Linux and networking.
