Customer Support Engineer Full Time

Provide Technical Product training to distributor engineers for PP products.

Key Responsibilities-

Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Production printers.
Installations of new machines and giving demos to the customer.
Maintaining requires site kit decrease downtime of machine.
Providing Key Operator Training to users.
Taking Care of Service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Ensuring the maximum output in most economical way and make sure the installation within the committed time frame.
Service revenue growth via Volume growth initiative and inventory Management.
Provide highest level of C-sat via maintaining service parameter.
Desired Skills-

Technical understanding of Production Printers, Problem Solving Skills

Experience-
2+ Years of experience in service domain in partner Management & Technical Support

Required Qualification-
Diploma/B.E. / B.Tech
