Leading recruitment, employee relations, performance review program, employee training, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and other essential HR areas in alignment with our business objectives, desired culture and core values;
Work with management team to plan for growth of business and in turn lead recruitment to meet this growth;
Overseeing and participating in new employee onboarding, orientation and training initiatives;
Managing the performance process and guiding/supporting leaders in effectively coaching their teams;Designing and overseeing benefits programs, payroll, compensation structures and related programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels;
Providing coaching strategies and playing an active role in fostering synergy between management and employees;
Facilitating, participating in and/or overseeing special teams and projects to realize improvement and change.
Requirements
University degree in Human Resource Management or related field;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resource position, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English;
Strong morals and ethics;
Very strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, partnering, relationship management, team building, problem solving, and time/project management;
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email) and HR Bamboo;
Experience in multi-site, international, multi-functional organizations in the software industry is preferred;
