What is after sales service
After sales service team is part of this companies Private Label team. This team takes care of design & implementation of Warranty & Service processes across different categories of Private Label brands.
What are we looking for
We are looking for a Service manager to design & drive solutions for
warranty services & manage the complete service processes (after-sales, warranty, etc.) keeping in
mind the interests of customers, brand & company platform.
What will you do You will be managing service/ warranty process horizontally across categories involving one or more business lines in company Private Label.
