JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitoring of in process inspection and final audit Document revision according to the current process change and variation Handling customer complaint and cause & effect analyses new product trail and development Incoming material testing, part performance testing Layout and calibration Responsible for quality for efficient production from available resources in shop floor through performing activities To collect data and update it Checking all gauges measuring instruments product quality, check sheets, check lists, process sheets and production inspection reports during the course of production in shift developing new KAIZENS to eliminate rejection and to increase productivity installation POKA YOKES for reducing rejection Tool modification Sample inspection Customer support Preparation of MIS & Shift handling Product & process audit Maintained document as per ISO / TS Developing new process concepts for production and quality optimization Handing costing evolution and developing cost saving project Process Qualification /Process Validation of all new set up. Job set up and first piece approval Rework and Rejection Control in Shop Floor To conduct the daily, weekly & monthly quality meeting to discuss internal & customer complaints, actions taken, effectiveness of the actions, pending corrective actions etc. To provide the trainings to the workers, supervisors to upgrade their skills Production Manufacturing ,Production Planning , Manpower Planning, Raw Material Planning I have Knowledge in Productivity Improvement, Rejection Control, Quality Improvement, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, PDCA, LOB, Root causes analysis, MIS Reporting Etc I have knowledge in Product Cost Analysis, New Product Development .
