As Production Manager, you will be evaluating the talent of new hires and training them on policies and procedures.
What you will do:
Setting up of all the machinery & equipment.
Studying all the methods in detail by analysing them and selecting the best alternative out of them which will be economical.
Meeting the lead time & delivery of the product as needed.
Inspecting the quality of finished products to check on machine and operator efficiency.
Ensuring that top level quality is maintained for all units produced.
Maintaining a content and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Maintaining full accountability of the entire facility including security, staff safety, stock movement and accounting.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
3-4 Years of experience in Apparel manufacturing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with strong Apparel manufacturing, industrial engineering, detail orientation.
A performance driven individual who demonstrates strong initiative and has superior Management & Leadership skill.
Good in people management.
Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills
The ability to multitask.
A good Microsoft office knowledge.
