We have urgent requirement of Agency Manager in Aditya Birla Group in all over Delhi & NCR

Candidate must be Graduate(No result awaited)

Age group Between 25yrs to 35 yrs(Strictly)

Male & Female Both are welcome

Fresher or experience in any field are welcome

Salary will be the fixed 21k in hand

Locations Delhi & NCR

Job Profile:-

ROLE :-

1. To identify potential Financial Advisors & recruit them from your
natural contact & references.

2. To schedule training of the advisors for products training, IRDA
process & regulations & sales & soft skills.

3. To schedule the IRDA Exam for the prospect Advisor & generating their
Code.

4. Set targets for advisors, review them & consistently motivate them to
generate MAXIMUM BUSINESS out of them.

5. Designing contests & arranging campaigns for lead generation of
prospective clients & advisors.

6. Reporting to the Branch Manager
