Recruitment, Selection and Induction:

Coordinate with different departments in identifying and filling gaps in manpower resources.

Collecting MRF Form (Man Power Requirement Form) from different Department to filing Gaps.

Conduct preliminary telephonic interview of the Candidate.

Coordinate with the Candidate & respective departments Heads to schedule personal interviews.

Complete Induction of new joined employees.

Complete joining formalities of new joined employees.

Issue Appointment Letter and Salary Breakup to new joined employees.
