Job Responsibilities:-

Handle end to end recruitment solution delivery and taking Walk-ins & telephonic interviews.
Hands on exposure in sourcing resumes from various job portals like Naukri, Monster & other social networking sites such as LinkedIn etc.
Following up with the candidates and clients.
Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Negotiation Skills.
