Responsibilities and Duties
Understand the requirement of each customer, reconfirm the need of the customer before processing the job.
Executives must prepare job sheet of each customer(including name, contact details company details and printing details).
Take necessary approval and concerns of their superiors for major orders.
Make sure customer pay the value of the order before printing work.
Must ask the customers how do they make payment CASH/CARD/ONLINE mode.
Do not allow discount and do not keep the amount due for any bill.
Must take approval of the customer of print proof before final printing.
Must take customers/receivers signature, name, contact number, id proof at the time of delivery on the invoice or delivery challan.
Build healthy and long term relationship with the customers.
Promptly follow up customers for repeated orders.
