Job Role:

– Taking Care of Internal Recruitment of the Organization
– Updating the vacancies tracker on regular basis and plan accordingly
– Short-listing and screening application of candidates
– Conducting telephonic round of interview of the candidates
– Taking face to face interview of the shortlisted candidates
– Taking Reference from the existing employees

Criteria:
– Any Graduate/PG/MBA Hr
– Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment/Man power Hiring/Bulk     Hiring from any industry
– Good communication skills
