Production Engineer / Sr. Engg – SMT (MNC – EMS Industry) Full Time

Position : Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Production (SMT)

Industry : MNC – EMS Industry based in Chennai

Job Location : CHENNAI (Interview will be conducted in Delhi / Noida)

CTC Range : 6 to 9 Lpa (Package starts from 6 Lpa)

Job Role : On Role (On Company Payroll)

Required : Candidate with 5+ yrs of experience in SMT Production (Team Handling Mandatory)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

– Leading both SMT & assembly line by continuously monitoring the production output & Gap analysis.

– To Monitor shifts production plan vs actual.

– Monitoring daily, weekly shipping plan & Planning manpower, material and other Consumable etc

– Directs daily department activities in order to meet production goals

– To evaluate the Line leader & Engineer monthly performance. Monitoring the line wise performance.

– Should achieve production goals, review material, equipment and manpower

– Involving in continuous improvement activities like kaizen, Poka Yoke and suggestion scheme.
