Understand about non-IT hiring requirements with internal discussions.

Work on end to end recruitment and selection process.

Work on Job portals.

Assisting in reviewing and pre-screening resumes.

Making initial calls to the candidates.

Coordinate interviews with the interviewer and candidate.
