– Build high-quality toolkits to scale marketing programs, create and set processes that address local needs in a standardized manner.
– Manage and support a wide variety of local marketing campaign requests across media.
– Document marketing best practices and create resource guides for stakeholders to leverage in marketing efforts
– Develop and supervise the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of marketing initiatives/campaigns.
What You- ll Need
– 8-10+ years of brand marketing experience ideally from an FMCG & digital background.
– Robust experience in brand positioning and marketing to drive aggressive sales.
– Strong understanding of traditional, digital media with hands on go-to-market and activation experience.
– Experience of working with the top creative & media agencies.
– Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management capability
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, plus strong presentation abilities.
– Positive attitude and excellent team spirit.
– Good project management skills.
Good understanding of multiple marketing channels and its impact on performance
