Work Experience:

a. Manage the entire book keeping and accounting functions for XYZ client of the Firm. This includes, Billing, Cash application of Customer Receipts.Online Bank Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Vendor invoice,processing and release of disbursements. Payroll processing, Journal entries and account reconciliations and maintenance of General Ledger. Monthly book closing functions, reconciling Quickbooks with client’s parallel records.

b. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

c. Tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

d. Experience in performing remote audits, reviews and compilation reports. Good knowledge of work paper preparation and documentation for work paper retention

purposes is critical.

e. Other functions, as deemed necessary, by the Firm to provide client services that may change in scope.

Educational qualifications:

Chartered Accountant or Semi qualified CA candidate

Skills Required:

– Energetic, self driven individual, with good spoken English and capable of interacting independently with the clients

– US based accounting engagements on QBooks, Tax preparation ProSeries and Profx CCH, audit and review work for private corporations, non profits and high net worth individuals.

Shift: 2.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M. ( Monday to Friday )

Saturday Hours: 12 noon to 5 p.m

Preference would be candidates with CA background with good audit & accounting experience. BPO experience is also helpful.

Salary for good candidates can range from Rs40k to Rs50k

Annual Incentive Plan:

You will also have the opportunity to participate in the Annual Incentive Plan, once probationary period (3 months) is complete and you are appointed as a full time employee. The terms of the Annual Incentive Plan that runs from August to July of each year will be provided to you upon your satisfactory completion of the probationary period of service.
